My son's wedding was getting closer and after trying to lose weight and failed, I joined Holly's workout class. Holly has been my personal trainer for about 19 months. I have participated in classes and worked out with gym equipment over the years but having Holly as my personal trainer has made a difference. She trains a small group of seniors, myself included. Our workout includes cardio, free weights and core exercises. Holly is always prepared with a new workout plan at every session that challenges and pushes us. She is caring and attentive to what each of us needs. I have increased my physical strength and flexibility along with losing weight and toning my body, something I didn't anticipate at my age!
