About Me
This is my passion. I LOVE what I do.
I am a personal trainer with 12+ years of experience. I love to work with weight loss and body transformation clients. I want to motivate and inspire you to change what you see in the mirror. A year from now, you will be a toned, skinnier version of your current self.
Morning times are available to join a group in Hanover Park, or even train by yourself. If you are ready to take action and be the best version of yourself, then I want to help.

Ready to Make Some Changes?
How did I end up as a trainer?
I have always been active in sports and athletic endeavors. From basketball, volleyball, cross country, to track, teams were a big part of my life in Jr. High School.
I soon switched to solo activities upon entering High School. Cycling became my go-to activity. My legs were getting lean and toned, but my upper body was lacking. That is when I got bit by the weight training bug.
The challenge was on!
After years of lifting, I decided to enter my first competition in 2007. I finally wanted to see what was under that layer of body fat. I did all kinds of research and honed in on my eating and workout regime. The result was a 2nd place finish in the women’s bodybuilding devision of the NPC Continental.
I competed a few times after that over a 2 year time period. My best result was a 1st place finish in my weight class. I even have the sword trophy to prove it. With no ambitions to ever turn pro, I knew I could do something useful with the knowledge I obtained.
Personal Trainer, here I come!
The thought of being able to help people achieve their own health and fitness goal was exciting to me. I jumped on my next steps and obtained my National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification as soon as possible. I knew I could make this a rewarding career.
I started my personal training career at a local big box gym. It was a great way to get started. I met a lot of awesome people and was able to developed my skills as a trainer. Responsibilities in my life started to evolve, so after 5 years I needed a change. But, wait – I’m not giving up training!
